Women in Finance Charter
Prytania Solutions Limited (PSL) believes that promoting a diversified employee base can only be beneficial for our business and the wider financial services industry.
PSL is a signatory to HM Treasury’s Women in Finance Charter. The UK government seeks to ensure that as many firms as possible sign the Charter and implement its recommendations thus creating a more balanced and fair industry.
When we signed up to the Charter we had 33% female representation and this has been maintained as at September 2024.
PSL believe we are on track to meet our Charter target by our deadline.
